All products purchased from Ankita Handicrafts can be exchanged subject to following conditions:

1. Our refund and returns policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

3. In the event of a Sale/Special Offer  items purchased will not be eligible for exchange.

4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of your purchase.

6. To confirm your return there must be any dispute in the product. Without any dispute in the product we cannot accept any return request. Please check all required detailed before placing order.  

Exchanges

1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

2. As these are hand made products we cannot provide you same piece in short period of time. In that case you can purchase any item in same price category or opt for refund. Shipping returns

1.  To return the parcel itis requested to you to kindly contact us personally for return address.

2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
