What is Khesh?

Khesh weaving process: The khesh weaving process is simple. The warp is with new yarn and the weft is with strips of thin cloth obtained by tearing old sarees length-wise. It takes almost one week time to weave one saree. After that, our village artisans start the embroidery work on it.
